Bot'Ox Drop Free Logo Remix of 'Overdrive'

The Frenchies always seem to get away with it. Crazy ass names (The club 'Rectum' in Gaspar Noe's 'Irreversible' springs to mind), accents that women love and uber chic bands with the most insanely addictive set of tunes you could ever imagine. Fast cars, drugs, casual sex - I'm just happy my Rage Against the Machine tickets arrived and didn't get nicked by the postman.

Another Parisian duo revving it up are, Bot'Ox (we could NEVER get away with that name) with their latest single, 'Overdrive', out on I'm A Cliche Records this summer. Expect rolling basslines, krautrock influences and mad as hell electro beats. To get us in the mood, they're giving away a remix by fellow French upstart, Logo, last seen on Kitsune's Maison 9 compilation, absolutely free.

Catch it here.

Chapel Club Drop Free Horrors Remix Of 'Five Trees'

Fell asleep during the election vote count last night. It was a depressingly underwhelming experience, switched over to catch the last hour of Schwarzenegger's 'Red Heat', a true 80s action, exploitation classic. Bad humour, gratuitous nudity, racial profiling and big ass guns. It was Arnie at his deadpan best. "I do not want to touch his ass. I want to make him talk!". Amazing. I pissed myself laughing.

Another bunch of dudes laughing all the way to indie stardom are Dalston new wave rockers, Chapel Club. Currently on tour around the country, the band will be putting on a special show in London at the Village Underground on May 27. To get us in the mood, they've roped in fellow slim fit buddies, the Horrors to remix their new single, 'Five Trees' out on A&M this month.

And it's pretty damn good too. Download it here.

Mount Kimbie's New Remix EP Giveaway

The post Easter comedown has arrived and we've returned to the grinding five day week. Just got back from some crazy ass party over at Cookies & Cream in Berlin last week, it kinda hurts after being on your feet for 22 hours. Never really wanted to come back,  it was almost too painful coming into Luton airport.

Well, here's one way to beat the blues and suicide Tuesdays. Uber buzzy production duo, Mount Kimbie, are giving away the FaltyDL remix of 'Serged', absolutely free. The guys are so cool it hurts. Everyone wants a piece of 'em and you can too at no extra cost.

The duo's Remix EP in two parts will drop this April on Hot Flush Recordings. Catch Dom & Kai live at Big Chill House on April 23 and ride the wave before it crashes. Download the track here.

Herve Drops Hot! Drum Attack on Cheap Thrills

We love Easter week. It makes Tuesdays feel like Thursdays, everyone's getting sick on Cadbury's mini eggs and a massive four day weekend beckons. Just what the hell do we do?! Three day parties with a killer comedown after or some quality spring time with the girlfriend? Might just stay in and watch Chelsea put a few goals past Man U for the title race decider. Damn, we're spoiled for choice.

Think we'll just kick start the weekend right now with Herve's, 'Hot! Drum Attack', taken off his new single, 'Zombies', out on Cheap Thrills this April. And it is a floor filler. Thumping ravey synths and a groove that bites you hard on the arse, you won't be sitting down for weeks.

Download it here.

Burns Drops New EP 'So Many Nights' on 2112 Records

Burns is smokin' hot a the moment (no pun intended). The self proclaimed purveyor of European Sex Dance Music and all round party hipster, will be lounging it up in Miami next week rubbing shoulders with the scene's A list, playing records to hot Latino girls at various pool parties and generally getting shit faced for a whole fuckin week. No big deal.

The closest action we'll be getting is a Pizza Express takeaway and Lost on SKY 1 tonight. But fret not, Burn's has dropped a tasty little EP, 'So Many Nights' out on 2112 Records this Spring, full of zany French electro tinged melodies to get the party kickin' right in our living rooms.

Get it exclusively on Beatport now.

Check out the video of his recent US tour with Deadmau5.

Atari Teenage Riot Announce London Reunion Show & New Single 'Activate'

Sheeeeeeeiiiiiittttt!

This is massive. Haven't got this excited since Transformers hit the big screen back in 2007 and the movie was crap. But this folks, we assure you will not be fecal. Old school electro-hardcore veterans, Alec Empire, Nic Endo et al, have re-united for a special one off reunion show at London's Electric Ballroom on May 12.

Not since their riot inducing spectacle back in 2000 have these guys got together on stage. Having roped in new rioteer, MC CX Kidtronix, ATR will be dropping a brand new single, 'Activate' out this May on Digital Hardcore Recordings. Undeniably the defining zeitgeist of the era with their barbed apolitical discourse and punk rock attitude, the time for a big ass kick in the balls by ATR is a long time coming.

FENECH SOLER // STOP AND STARE // MODA MUSIC

We're back on the radar after slipping off the grid the past couple of weeks. A little soul searching was in order and what better way to do it than with the uber buzzy act of the moment, Fenech Soler. These guys definitely know how to kick it the whole nine yards. Glitter, masks, ravey electro synths - This screams 'hipster fest'. But in a good way.

Check out the Kitsune-esque video here.
